at your disposal offers customers highly professional shipping assistance, with couriers specializing in the furniture industry.

In addition to each shipment there is the possibility to insure the furniture through a guaranteed All Risk insurance coverage ( according to the availability of the transport company to which the assignment will be entrusted ) which protects against any kind of unexpected event.

If the chosen product is available, the customer can check out and select the shipment. After a few days you will receive an email confirming the shipment.

All shipments are made with Delivery to Street level.  For delivery to the floor or other types you can ask for a quote by writing to

When the furniture is ready for shipment, the buyer will receive an email, where he will be informed that the goods will be taken over by the courier. The same, the day before delivery, will give notice by telephone of the time slot of contact.


To calculate the delivery time, the production time of the product, which is between 4 and 6 weeks, must be taken into account.

In addition, the average shipping time is 2 weeks, depending on the destination.


  • - Standard shipping: delivery is made at "street level/curbside", which means that the customer must participate in the unloading of packages from the truck and carry out a check of their condition.


  • The delivery date is determined by the courier, in agreement with the customer, according to the delivery schedule.


  • - Delivery to the floor: it is possible to request the transport of the packages to the floor and the assembly of the furniture, depending on the availability of the courier and only in some areas of Italy and Europe.

  • - Withdrawal from stock: in case the customer does not need any transport assistance from us, he has the possibility to collect the goods directly from us, with a telephone notice.

For all products there is a 24-month warranty on conformity defects.

To take advantage of the warranty is strictly necessary to maintain the sales invoice for the product, which is anticipated by email and after each purchase delivered in paper form.
