This information will allow you to know in detail how the personal data you provide us by filling out the form to take advantage of the services offered by ELIZABETH SRL UNIPERSONALE SOCIO UNICO 
When you fill in the form on the site will be collected personal data, or data that allow you to identify yourself, even indirectly, such as name, surname, address, email, telephone number, tax code, VAT number, or other data that you release spontaneously in contacting us directly.
The data collected will be used for the following purposes: 
  • allow you to create and manage your own personal account within the e-commerce in order to take advantage of the services provided;
  • manage the supply contracts and their proper execution from the time of order until the delivery phase (registration, choice of product and entry into the cart, purchase, payment, shipping and delivery, withdrawal, management of any disputes), manage the accounting operations of billing, management of the relationship with you for any communications relating to the supply contract and the collection of any considerations and judgments;
  • allow the release of information at your request;
  • with your explicit consent, your email address will be processed to provide you with the company's newsletter service, i. e. the sending of generalized promotional or advertising communications. You can revoke your consent at any time by asking to be removed from the newsletter, addressing directly to the contact details indicated above. 
The data of a common nature may also be processed without your specific consent and this in order to satisfy your requests and for the pre-contractual and contractual purposes connected and instrumental to the service requested, as well as to fulfill the related legal obligations to which the data controller is subject. 
Only to receive the service related to the Newsletter is necessary that you give your consent. 
You are free to provide or not to provide your data, but in the absence of the requested data will not be possible to conclude or execute the service and your requests.
The processing of your data takes place at our headquarters, using electronic, paper, electronic or automated tools and is carried out by authorized and trained within the limits of the task assigned to them, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. 
Your data, in particular, will be kept for the duration of the contract and, subsequently, for the time necessary to fulfill tax obligations, or for other purposes provided by law or regulation (usually 10 years). 
If you do not take any active action (e. g. login with username and pw) for more than 24 months, you will be classified as an inactive user and your personal data, the retention of which is not necessary for tax or legal purposes, will be deleted. 
Your personal data may be communicated to the following categories of subjects: 
a) to our suppliers with whom we work, to provide you with the requested service; 
(b) forwarding agents and payment processors (PayPal, credit institutions, credit card processors). 
(c) data-processing and computer services companies, professionals, consultancy firms or firms engaged in the provision of services for the performance of the contract. 
These subjects will operate as independent Owners, or will be designated as Data Processors with a specific contract or legal act. 
The data can then be accessed by those who are granted this right by law or regulation (eg. public security authorities). 
The data will not be subject to an automated decision-making process or profiling of any kind. 
Personal data will not be subject to disclosure, nor will it be transferred to third countries or international organizations
Your rights include those of: 
  • request access to your personal data and information relating to the same; the rectification of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete data; the cancellation of personal data (if one of the conditions indicated in art. 17, paragraph 1 of the GDPR occurs and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article); the limitation of the processing of personal data (if one of the hypotheses indicated in art. 18, paragraph 1 of the GDPR occurs); 
  • request and obtain - in cases where the legal basis for the processing is the contract or consent, and the same is carried out by automated means - personal data in a structured format and readable by automatic device, also in order to communicate such data to another owner of the treatment (so-called right to portability of personal data); 
  • oppose at any time the processing of personal data, including profiling, the use of special situations that affect him; 
  • withdraw consent at any time, limited to cases where the processing is based on consent for one or more specific purposes and concerns common personal data (e. g. date and place of birth or place of residence), or particular categories of data (e. g. data revealing health or sex life). Processing based on consent and carried out prior to the revocation of the same, however, retains its legality;
