Design: Paolo Cattelan

Characterized by an eccentric silhouette full of personality, the Penguin designer side table—created by Paolo Cattelan for the brand—stands out as a furnishing piece with a striking aesthetic. This versatile side table is designed to fit effortlessly beside an armchair or sofa, yet it also excels as a decorative element in a reading nook or an elegant, formal entryway. Its distinctive, single-material structure—crafted from solid, embossed-painted steel—pairs a perfect round top with an enveloping cylindrical base; the latter’s abstract lines evoke the very creature from which the table takes its name. Enhanced by exclusive metallic finishes in titanium or bronze, this modern living room table catches the ambient light, adding a bold, creative, and contemporary accent to any living space that aims to make a statement.
