Design: Luigi Trenti

Conceived through the inspired vision of Luigi Trenti, the Fifty wall-mounted bookcase of Cattelan Italia is a perfect example of geometric minimalism applied to living spaces. Designed to adorn any surface with a masterful blend of formal precision and striking originality, it integrates seamlessly into both classic and contemporary settings.

The essence of this designer bookcase lies in its clever modularity: the structure consists of a single, wall-mounted, heat-lacquered vertical element. Its full visual impact is realized by combining two or more modules—some rotated 180 degrees—creating an alternating geometric rhythm. The resulting rectangular compartments serve as perfect backdrops to showcase the books, catalogs, and art objects that reflect your passions.

Unlike traditional wood-and-metal bookcases, Fifty prioritizes absolute aesthetic purity and light-catching, textured finishes (such as white or graphite). Choosing a modular shelving system of this caliber allows you to customize the architecture of your living room or professional studio, transforming a blank surface into an iconic, durable, and timeless feature wall.
