Design: Andrea Lucatello
A vertical cascade of transparency and shading that redefines the living area's atmosphere with a hypnotic, vibrant visual rhythm. Baban by Cattelan Italia breaks away from traditional lighting conventions to embody a dynamic design concept, where light passes through glass elements of deliberately varied shapes to create a unique harmony.
The design of this pendant lamp unfolds along a vertical axis, featuring a succession of crystal shades with asymmetrical geometries and varying diameters. What makes the design truly unique is the sophisticated interplay of colors: a balance struck between the purity of clear crystal, the refined edge of a smoked finish, and the welcoming energy of an orange hue. This combination transforms the piece into a captivating sculpture—even during the day—as it catches the room's natural light.
With its slender proportions, Baban is the ideal solution for accentuating high ceilings, adding character to a reading nook beside a modular bookcase, or serving as a focal point when suspended over a grand dining table. If you are looking for a modern lamp that defies clichés and imbues a space with inimitable personality, this designer piece offers the perfect balance of aesthetic boldness and sophisticated contemporary elegance.
Dimensions: Diameter 34 x H 90 cm
