Designer: Paolo Cattelan
Designed by Paolo Cattelan, the modern Akumal mirror perfectly blends functional utility with the decorative power of a signature piece. Its vertical silhouette is designed to reflect the full human figure, yet it is the sophisticated geometric complexity that immediately draws the eye within any room.
The structure consists of two overlapping layers that create a refined three-dimensional effect: the top mirrored surface provides the primary reflection, while the underlying layer—crafted from transparent smoked glass—extends in sinuous, irregular curves, as if reaching out to embrace the surrounding space.
When paired with the optional rear-facing LED lighting system, the mirror creates an evocative luminous frame that amplifies its dramatic impact, transforming the reflective surface into a true installation of light and design.
Dimensions:
87 x H 162 cm
Structure: Smoked mirrored glass.
Frame: Smoked glass.
LED light.
