Designer: Paolo Cattelan

Created by designer Paolo Cattelan, the Sofia collection stands at the forefront of elite furniture, interpreting the concept of designer seating through a perfect balance of historical legacy and contemporary vision. This family of chairs excels in its versatility, offering both a modern stool and an executive chair with armrests—the latter available with a choice of two backrest heights—making them ideal for consistently furnishing sophisticated living spaces as well as complex contract interior design projects. The product’s architecture is built upon a solid wood base with a discreet, rigorous aesthetic, which supports a finely upholstered shell. The engineering innovation lies in the design of the cushion—a lightweight element that appears to drape over the seat and wrap around the backrest, ensuring excellent postural ergonomics and absolute comfort. Upholstered in the finest fabrics, leathers, or microfibers from the collection, the Sofia line represents a timeless furnishing asset, capable of defining a space with understated, authoritative elegance.
